Automation Setup Agreement

Between Alif Creator (Service Provider) and the Client

1. Parties to the Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between:

2. Scope of Services

Under this Agreement, Alif Creator shall provide the Client with a complete Automation Business Setup package, which includes but is not limited to:

  1. Full E-commerce Automation Setup (Shopify-based system).

  2. One-year Domain Subscription.

  3. One-month Business Email setup.

  4. Complete Marketing Automation system.

  5. Funnel and sales journey integration.

  6. Meta Verification through Client’s ID card.

  7. Initial training & handover documentation.

3. Payment Terms

  • The total cost of the setup package is PKR 65,000 (Sixty-Five Thousand Rupees).

  • Payment shall be made in two installments as follows:

    1. First Installment (Advance): PKR 30,000, payable at the time of signing this Agreement.

    2. Second Installment: PKR 28,000, payable immediately upon delivery of the complete setup.

  • The remaining PKR 7,000 (out of the total 65,000) shall remain with the Client to be used directly as marketing spend in the Client’s own Ads Manager account. The Client shall retain full control of advertising budget and ad spend.

4. Refund Policy

  • Setup Cost Non-Refundable:
    The full setup cost of PKR 65,000 is strictly non-refundable, except in the following cases:

    1. The setup contains technical errors or malfunctions.

    2. The setup fails to include the promised features as outlined in this Agreement.

    In such cases, the setup cost shall be refunded.

  • Marketing Budget Commitment:

    • From the total cost, the Client controls PKR 7,000 to be spent over 7 days (PKR 1,000/day) through their own Ads Manager.

    • Alif Creator guarantees that within this spend, sales/orders will be generated for the Client.

    • If no sales/orders are received within this period:

      1. Alif Creator will reimburse the PKR 7,000 marketing spend, OR

      2. Alif Creator will re-run the marketing campaign once again at its own cost.

  • Beyond these conditions, all payments remain strictly non-refundable.

5. Client’s Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  1. Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information to the Service Provider at all times.

  2. Not misrepresent, conceal, or falsify any information.

  3. Respect communication protocols by not disturbing or pressuring the Service Provider unnecessarily.

    • Calls and messages must only be made after prior scheduling/appointment.

    • Unnecessary or frequent calls outside agreed timings are strictly prohibited.

  4. Not attempt to replicate, reverse-engineer, or resell the service or system without written consent from the Service Provider.

  5. Comply with all legal requirements related to business operations, marketing, and sales.

6. Service Provider’s Responsibilities

Alif Creator agrees to:

  1. Deliver the full Automation Setup as per the defined scope of services.

  2. Provide one-year domain subscription, one-month business email, and ID card–based Meta verification.

  3. Ensure the system is fully functional and aligned with commitments.

  4. Support the Client with guidance regarding the setup and initial marketing execution.

  5. Fulfill the marketing guarantee as per Clause 4 (Refund Policy).

7. Legal Protection

  1. This Agreement is legally binding upon both parties.

  2. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

  3. Neither party shall engage in defamatory, coercive, or harassing behavior against the other.

8. Term & Termination

  1. This Agreement becomes effective on the date of signing and remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled.

  2. Either party may terminate this Agreement with mutual consent, subject to the terms outlined above.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full and final understanding between both parties. No verbal commitments or external promises shall hold validity outside of what is written here.
